Women’s health includes concerns such as premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), hormonal birth control, sexual dysfunction, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), osteoporosis, and other reproductive issues.
Changes in a woman’s health can be hard to recognize since the changes are sometimes virtually unnoticeable. Regular checkups and screenings are important for early detection and treatment.
Artemis Institute for Clinical Research conducts trials of investigative medications for the treatment of many women’s health issues. Qualified adult women participating in a trial may be eligible to receive financial compensation for time and travel, study-related medical and psychological evaluations, and the investigative study medication at no cost.
