“As the VP of Operations here at Artemis, my goal is to ensure that our customers (patients and sponsors) have a world-class experience while they are working with our team. In order to provide that experience, it is critical that we have highly engaged and motivated employees who love what they do. I am extremely passionate about our employee experience, their development, and our workplace culture. Additionally, I am laser focused on continuous improvement and the elimination of process waste through the use of technology. We are constantly enhancing our processes and methodologies based on customer and employee feedback and investing in new technologies, all of which result in better data quality and experiences for our employees and customers. I am elated to be working at an organization where our patients and our employees are the priority!”
