Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health disorders in the United States. Although occasional anxieties are an expected part of life, for individuals suffering from an anxiety disorder that anxiety does not dissipate and can worsen over time.

Classified by extreme and pervasive fear or worry, anxiety disorders can interfere with daily activities such as school work, job performance, and personal relationships. Anxiety disorders can cause physical symptoms including trouble falling asleep or frequent waking. Symptoms can also manifest in headaches, irritability, muscle tension, chest tightness, fatigue, frequent bathroom use, hot flashes, and nausea. These mental health disorders are highly treatable, yet only around one-third of individuals seek treatment.

We at Artemis Institute for Clinical Research conduct clinical trials for investigative medications for the treatment of anxiety disorders. Qualified research participants will receive financial compensation for their time and travel, study-related medical and psychological evaluations, and the investigative study medication at no cost. Doctor's Office Visit

The first office visit will consist of study related medical and/or psychological exams and an in-depth review of the study protocol, expectations, and procedures. During your in person office visit, you will begin the process for enrolling in the clinical trial and sign a study consent form.

You will have the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns with your doctor and coordinate future visits. Throughout the study process, you will have direct and continued contact with our doctors and medical professionals to ensure your comfort and safety during the trial. You will receive compensation for your participation, no-cost medical exams, as well as the investigative medication, vaccination, testing, treatment, or device at no cost.
